As part of the Awesome festival there is a sandcastle exhibition in the Cultural Centre, Northbridge, which will be demolished on Sunday.

BB Turkey Slappers cry foul
According to a report in The Age BB contestants Michael "John" Bric and Michael "Ashley" Cox claim they have been harshly treated by the BB producers to make sure there is no further pressure to axe the show.
Bric reckons his struggling financially and Cox claims he's nearly had his ute repossesed with BB unwilling to compensate them for the time they were in the house.
Bric even goes on to describe his situation as not unlike that in Orwell's book 1984 (which he says the show is based on) where those who break the rules are excluded from society.
"It's like we never existed," he laments.
A Channel 10 spokesperson claimed Bric and Cox were treated

I can’t help but worry that these boys are going to become celebs out of this when the reality is, even if they and Camilla don’t see it for what it is, it’s appalling behaviour, and simply not acceptable, inside or outside the Big Brother House. But the real villain here is the producers of BB, for choosing such an appaling bunch of contestants, in the secret hope that something like this may have happened…
