Glory for Glavas

Luka Glavas will play for Perth Glory in the upcoming 2006-07 Hyundai A-League campaign.
Glavas, who scored no less than four goals in the NSW Premier League Grand Final this year, was signed by Ron Smith after jumping through the required hoops of his trial period. He will now make the next step to the top tier of Australian football, and hopes to feature for the Glory as early as this weekend, when the West Australians will duke it out with the New Zealand Knights.
Glavas is thrilled to be working with former AIS guru Smith, a man who has nurtured so much of this nation's footballing talent- English Premier League staples Mark Viduka, Lucas Neill and Craig Moore are
