THE Iraq war has cost Australian motorists up to 10c a litre in higher petrol prices, according to Labor foreign affairs spokesman Kevin Rudd. Mr Rudd yesterday cited new research by a Nobel Prize-winning economist that linked the war to higher petrol prices and interest rates.
