iPod plant is no sweatshop: Apple
Apple Computer's investigation into claims of poor conditions at a Chinese iPod factory found no forced labour but revealed that workers were exceeding the company's limits on hours and days to be worked per week, the company said Friday.

interesting that the maximum working week is 60 hours and yet more than a quater of staff work more than this - and these are factory workers on minimum wage - not highly paid executives.
