Coles Myer hires advisers on possible takeover

SYDNEY Coles Myer, the second- largest retailer in Australia, has hired Deutsche Bank and Carnegie Wylie as advisers on an unsolicited takeover bid from buyout funds, two bankers involved in the bid said Tuesday.
