Westpoint boss says received no living expenses since July

Westpoint boss Norm Carey has not received any living expenses since the end of July as no major bank is willing to open a bank account for him. Mr Carey\'s lawyer Terrence Clavey today indicated he would file a motion in the Federal Court in Perth later this week seeking a variation of orders which would allow Mr Carey to open a bank account.
