WA Police have gone on what\'s called a "lockdown" that will see them only turning up to emergencies. They have been told by the Police Union not to patrol, not to make arrests, except in emergencies, and not to do administrative work.

Our police are underpaid. 99c extra per hour is a slap in the face. Lets hope this is harnessed into something useful - along with all the other legitimate gripes against this government to see them kicked out at the next election.
