Of course it is discrimination. The fashion industry is driven by consumerism, so why make the models the scapegoats and mess with their livelihoods. It is outrageous that models will be banned because they are naturally thin. If the Madrid Fashion Festival were serious about protecting the health of models, they would introduce drug testing, and across the entire industry. You cannot seriously contend that women are being influenced by skinny models considering the obesity epidemic in the western world.
