CELEBRITY chef Jamie Oliver declared his latest Fifteen restaurant as "very cool, very Melbourne" as he opened its doors to a select VIP crowd last night. The restaurant, which is staffed by 20 young troubled Melburnians who have been put into rapid chef training, will not open to the public until Friday. "I think the locals will appreciate it and enjoy it," Oliver told a packed press event outside the Collins St eatery. "I'm really chuffed actually." Diners at Wednesday night's VIP event include Victorian Premier Steve Bracks and Melbourne City Mayor John So.
