In their quest to defeat their old nemesis, England, the Aussie lads have switched to the latest in Sport Science to get that extra edge. GPS systems have been used to monitor physical activity in both matches and training sessions so that the trainers can plan optimum work schedules. Over the 4 month break, where most of us have been putting on the winter padding, the Aussie team has seen a 15% improvement in skin fold tests.
