Wesfarmers progress $700m bid for insurance broker

Wesfarmers has announced its bid for insurance broker OAMPS is now unconditional. At yesterday's annual general meeting (AGM) in Perth, Wesfarmers managing director Richard Goyder announced the $700 million offer for Australia's largest publicly-owned insurance broking group was proceeding well.
