Rumours of Longmuir's retirement unfounded

Rumours of Justin Longmuirs retirement appear to be unfounded after the Fremantle Dockers ruckman ruled out a quick decision last night. Despite Channel Ten's assertion that Longmuir was set to retire after knee surgery, Longmuir's manager stated that Justin was still recovering and was hopeful that the rehabilitation process would see him available to start pre-season training next year. The key position player for the Dockers, still has two years to run on his lucrative contract. Peter Bell is also likely to continue playing next year after the Dockers impressive revitalisation under caretaker coach Mark Harvey.
