China wins, Youtube censored!!!
For roughly 40 min, less than an hour after it occurred there was footage of the RSF protesters on youtube, that did not cut away to stock footage or a wide angle shot of the crowds. Obviously taken from within the crowd on a personal device it ran for just under 3 min. The person taking the footage obviously found the protesters and the scuffle more intriguing than the speech that continued in the background. This footage is now NO WHERE to be found. Why? What are youtube afraid of? If the Chinese are so proud of their handling of Tibet and other Human Rights issues, why censor this? As I have said it is sad that an ancient ritual has been marred this way, better to access the route of the rally and place your signs and flags everywhere, but it has happened and it is news, so why are we not seeing it?

Is it possible to link to the clip that was removed (there’s usually at least a notice about the removal) or is it completely gone?

Google (who owns youtube) now has a history of doing this. They have a vested interest in the chinese market - and will do what it takes to keep it.
