daylight saving vote this year or next?

The opposition introduce a bill into the upper house to cut the current daylight savings trail for 3 to 2 years. It passed without debate and is now headed for the lower house. Where it will be debated or buried?

Wha? If anything, the daylight savings period shouldn’t be through March, and that’s it.
