The global launch of Joss Whedon's new web-based musical series, Dr Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, hit a rather horrible snag of its own today as the streaming video host Hulu kept Dr Horrible geo-locked to US viewers only, despite global fan publicity.

It may have more to do with distribution rights than region locking.  Hulu I suspect has only done a deal for US rights.
