I’ve been using of Roo mince for a while now - the best part is when I make a Bolognese sauce and don’t tell my family that the base is Roo instead of beef

Yes, it’s such a good meat. It’s so tender and has so much more flavour than what passes for beef these days.Let’s not forget eating the Coat of Arms either. I’d like to see them try that with a Bald Eagle sausage, or a Lion and Unicorn brisket…

I have never tried it, I suggest it at the weekly shop but my GF loves Roo’s and wont let me eat them
