Apparently, we’re seeing Venus, Jupiter and a thin three-day-old crescent moon. What the photo doesn’t show, though, is how amazingly bright all three appear against the stars in the sky.

Barnett's expansionary policy
The Premier of W.A. has been quoted by the ABC as saying ""Bear in mind, particularly in a state the size of WA, which is the size of Europe, it's not practical to say [a] school will close. The next school might be 100 kilometres away. While Barnett has a good point, his geography is a bit skewed.Western Australia is 2,526,786 sq km
