Ronald McDonald House is joining forces with Camp Quality, the Starlight Children's Founation and CanTeen to host a Christmas ExtravagANZa on Sunday, 16 November... BUT WE NEED YOUR PRESENTS!

Full details are provided below, but all donations of new presents (toys in particular) for children aged from bubs through to late teens can be dropped in to participating McDonald's restaurants (list below) or direct to the House at 20 York Street Subiaco. Wrapping paper is also required.

More than 200 children along with their parents are expected to attend the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) annual Christmas Party, being held in conjunction with

Camp

Quality, CanTeen and Starlight Children’s Foundation for the second year running.

The ‘ANZ ALL 4 One Xmas ExtravagANZa’ will provide children and their families a day of fun, including entertainment from Chris Murphy, the Variety Youth Choir, Mad Cow Entertainment, the Nova 93.7 Casanovas, and Santa himself. Executive Officer of Ronald McDonald House Subiaco, Alison Salmond, said the idea of all four local children’s charities working together to create one big Christmas event was a huge success last year.

“It’s fantastic that the idea has now come to fruition and as a group we call on the public to show its support to help these kids and their families celebrate this special day which could otherwise have been spent in hospital,” Alison said.

“Joining forces with Camp Quality, CanTeen and Starlight Children’s Foundation again this year will make the event bigger and better than ever before, enabling children from all charities to benefit from the celebrations,” she added.

“Every year we touch the lives of so many children and their families, what better way to celebrate with the kids than to share the real spirit of Christmas with them.”

ANZ, presenting partner of the grand event, is proud to be part of such a unique and special occasion.

“I urge the community to help support this worthy cause by providing NEW gifts for us to distribute on the day to boys and girls aged 0-16 years,” said ANZ Events Manager Viki Lawless.

“Gifts must be new and unwrapped. We are also calling on the community to provide us with wrapping paper,” she said.

“We are confident that the generosity of the

Perth community will once again be evident this year.”

Gifts and wrapping paper can be dropped into the labeled boxes, kindly donated by Storage King, at the following McDonald’s restaurants: Armadale, Ascot, Beldon, Currambine, Ellenbrook, Innaloo, Joondalup, Landsdale, Maylands, Midland, Mindarie,

North Perth, Riverton, Rockingham, Tuart Hill, Warnbro, Willetton and

William St
