Exciting new event for Perth!
The Ellenbrook Festival runs for 5 weeks from 24 October 2009 – 29 November 2009. An partnership between Ellenbrook Arts and LWP Property Group, the Festival aims to bring together culture and the arts in Perth’s
Swan
Valley.
“Treasures from the
TarraWarra
Museum of Art”
At the heart of this first festival is a major exhibition in The Gallery. Entitled “Treasures from Tarrawarra Museum of Art” it will feature 20 pieces from the private collection of Tarrawarra Museum of Art in
Victoria, which houses some of the best of modern Australian art.
With names such as Fred Williams, Arthur Boyd, Rosalie Gascoigne, Ian Fairweather, Margaret Preston, Joy Hester, Sam Fullbrook and Charles Blackman, this exhibition is going to attract a lot of attention in
Perth. Many of these works have never been seen in
Perth. It is scheduled to run from 24 October through to the 29 November.

A day to bring together the culture of our local
Swan
Valley, together with artisans from around

Lake: Othello
